The wiki would be used to share techniques and procedures which meet the standards set for lifeguards. The point of the standards is that there will be many ways to meet them, however in practice, lifeguards in a certain area tend to use only one or two ways of meeting the standards. This would be an attempt to share them across geographical areas.
Furthermore, the wiki would be used to share teaching techniques for lifeguarding and related programs, and perhaps to share job postings and other such meta-organizational matters.
